Boston Student Travel Itinerary | Educational Tour of Boston, Massachusetts
DAY 1
Spend the morning at the Kennedy Senate Institute, which features a replica of the United States Senate chamber. During the tour and hands-on workshop, students will act like “Senators”. They will collaborate in a dynamic, hands-on environment to create smart, impactful regulations for AI, emphasizing privacy, non-discrimination, and safety. This engaging activity not only sparks creativity and critical thinking but also offers a fun, real-world glimpse into the legislative process, making complex topics like AI regulation accessible and exciting.
Continue on to Castle Island, a peninsula in South Boston on the shore of Boston Harbor. Tour Fort Independence and walk the Castle Island loop or the longer Pleasure Bay loop. Spend some time exploring the beach. Have dinner at Fire+Ice, a fun round grill that allows you to enjoy a dish of your own creation.
At night, have fun exploring the Museum of Fine Arts, which is open until 10 pm Thursdays and Fridays. One of the most prominent art museums in the United States, the MFA houses nearly 500,000 works of art ranging from Egyptian artifacts to contemporary pieces.
