In Philadelphia I had a great time. My family and I did all sorts of cool things! First of all my dad LOVED the cheesesteak! It is very popular there in Philly for some reason. We also went to the Reading Terminal Market. It is like the food goes on forever! Also there was every food imaginable! Like donuts, crepes, coffee, and cookies! If you’re thinking about ice cream, then come to Franklin Fountain. It has the best ice cream in the world!
If you're interested in history then maybe you want to see the Liberty Bell. Did you know that the Liberty Bell’s crack is a hairline crack that's hard to see? The big one is actually a fix where they missed by about a millimeter. We also got to go to the American Revolution museum! It was cool. We got to see George Washington’s tent. There's also Independence Hall. If you get a ticket in time they will take you on a tour through the hall! At the end you get to see the sun chair. It looks cool in my opinion. A great part of the tour was seeing Ben Franklin's old house. The best part was the privy pit! That is a big hole that is dug for bathroom purposes.
We also went to the Magic Gardens. It is a garden made out of trash! Artists used trash to make amazing sculptures! It may have been the best part of my trip! Last of all if you're up for the drive, go to the Please Touch Museum! It is the best place ever! If you have kids COME HERE! There are rooms with different themes!
If you ever get a chance to go to Philadelphia these are some options and places to go!
